The Messaging Ltd i-TRACS service offers great features such as:
TOLLSAVER - when you dial your mailbox it will ring (4 times) if there are no new messages. This allows you to hang up before a connection is made so you do not incur a minimum call charge.
LISTEN MESSAGE OPTIONS - when listening to your messages you can pause, rewind, repeat and return to previous messages at the touch of a button.
A PRE-RECORDED HELP FEATURE - which you can access at any time just by pressing a key. This explains the feature you are using and the options available to you.
When sending messages you can mark them:
URGENT - The first message the recipient will hear
CONFIDENTIAL - The recipient will not be able to copy this message to another user
REPLY REQUESTED - The system will tell the recipient you have requested a reply and if the message is not replied to, the system will inform you when the message was listened to.
FUTURE DELIVERY - You can key in the date and time you want the message to be sent.
There is no minimum contract period. This means you can cancel at any time just by calling or writing to us.

Messaging Ltd uses Comverse's TRILOGUE Infinity platform. Comverse is the leading provider of software and systems that enable multimedia value added services in wireless and wireline networks, and is the platform of choice for Vodafone, France Telecom, Deutsche Telecom and AT&T, to name a few.
